Arthur has managed and mentored contract teams, overseen corporate agreements, and ensured audit and regulatory compliance. He excels in managing domestic and international contracts, implementing procurement systems, and supporting business acquisition. Arthur has played a key role in corporate growth and M&A activities, ensuring smooth transitions. His work with federal agencies in diplomacy, defense, intelligence, and homeland security highlights his ability to handle complex contracts. Arthur holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University and is an active member of the NCMA, with numerous industry certifications.
