John O'Keeffe

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. O'Keeffe leads accounting, financial planning & analysis, strategic business planning, regulatory compliance, treasury, and cost/price strategy. He brings 17 years of industry experience, having supported government sponsored enterprises, publicly traded companies, private-equity-backed companies, and small businesses. Prior to joining SGI, Mr. O'Keeffe held several senior finance roles at QinetiQ US, Avantus, PAE (Amentum), and the Federal National Mortgage Association, most-recently focusing on M&A, integration, and finance automation. Mr. O'Keeffe has supported federal government contracts in over 60 countries and on seven continents. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Mathematics and Actuarial Science from University College Cork in Ireland.
