Megan Schroeder
Director of Operations and Business Development
As the Director of Business Development and Operations, Ms. Schroeder develops and implements business development strategy, practices, and programs and coordinates the management of all work performed on SGI's contracts. Ms. Schroeder has over 12 years of experience leading programs and projects both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining SGI, Ms. Schroeder worked at Deloitte Consulting in their Federal Consulting practice. In this role, she worked on strategic projects aimed to provide resilience and operational support to her government clients. Ms. Schroeder is a Navy Veteran, serving as a Supply Corps Officer where she provided critical logistical support to operational units both foreign and domestically. Ms. Schroeder holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy (Go Navy!) and a Master of Science from Rutgers University.
